What the site is

FPL Elite is a free, independent companion tool for the Fantasy Premier League game. It provides statistics, suggestions and analysis to help you plan your own team. It is an advisory tool only — it does not connect to, log into, or make any changes to your official Fantasy Premier League account.

No affiliation

FPL Elite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Premier League, the Football Association, or the official Fantasy Premier League game. All club names, badges and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Data is sourced from the official Fantasy Premier League public API.

No guarantees

All suggestions, projections, "best XI" picks, captain recommendations, price predictions and other analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are estimates and can be wrong. We make no guarantee about accuracy, completeness, or the results of acting on any suggestion. You are solely responsible for your own team decisions.

Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Data depends on third-party sources (the FPL API) that may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on any information it provides.

Advertising

The site may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the products/services they promote.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
