How the bonus points race works
After every match, three extra points are shared among the standout performers: the player with the highest Bonus Points System (BPS) score earns +3, the next +2, and the third +1. This page tracks that race live while games are being played, showing the projected 3/2/1 for each fixture as it unfolds.
The BPS rewards more than just goals. Players earn it for:
- Goals and assists
- Clean sheets and saves
- Completing 60+ minutes
- Tackles, recoveries and key passes
- Winning the ball back repeatedly
- (and losing BPS for cards, missed penalties and errors)
